Shipping & Returns

Most shipments are sent via USPS Priority. FedEx may also be used for orders shipping to a long distance from PA.  You will receive an email with tracking information.  Please note that once an order leaves our store, we are not in control of the time it takes in transit.  During the holiday season, please understand that there could be delays due to the high volume of packages that USPS and FedEx are delivering.

The shipping fee is based on the order amount and distance from PA. 


We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment. In-person refunds require the original receipt. Returned items must be unused, in the original intact packaging and in sell-able condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.   All plush items must have all tags intact. FINAL SALE or customized items may not be returned or exchanged. Customers with a gift receipt may receive store credit or exchange only.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note: unless the return/exchange is due to our error, we can't refund shipping charges.

We will make every effort to ship within 2 business days except in the event of a national disaster, weather emergency or other event out of our control.
