COVID-19 Shipping Policy: Due to the many unknowns about the viral spread, returns will not be accepted at this time.

Most shipments are sent via USPS Priority. FedEx may also be used for orders shipping at a long distance from PA.

Shipment fees are a flat rate based on purchase total.  Orders under $75 are shipped for a $7.99 flat rate.  Orders over $75 are shipped for a flat rate of $11.99.


We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment. In-person refunds require the original receipt. Returned items must be unused, in the original intact packaging and in sell-able condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.   All plush items must have all tags intact. FINAL SALE or customized items may not be returned or exchanged. Customers with a gift receipt may receive store credit or exchange only.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note: unless the return/exchange is due to our error, we can't refund shipping charges.

We will make every effort to ship within 2 business days except in the event of a national disaster, weather emergency or other event out of our control.
