1.1 What is the return policy during the COVID-19 crisis?

To provide the utmost protection to our customers, we cannot accept returns during the COVID-19 crisis.

Once the crisis is over, we will return to our normal policy as specified below:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment. In-person refunds require the original receipt. Returned items must be unused, in the original intact packaging and in sell-able condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.   All plush items must have all tags intact. FINAL SALE or customized items may not be returned or exchanged. Customers with a gift receipt may receive store credit or exchange only.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note: unless the return/exchange is due to our error, we can't refund shipping charges.

We will make every effort to ship within 2 business days except in the event of a national disaster, weather emergency or other event out of our control.
